More than anything else the first two games shows exactly what is wrong with how Slats views the team itself. After the loss to the Wild, Slats said that it will take time to get things right so you can give him a break for the loss.
However the way they played against the BJs was flat out embarrassing and if anything what it did was make a mockery out of all the accountability talk that was fed to Ranger fans during the preseason.

Sssh don't tell him it was a commentary otherwise he won't have someone to blame for Ranger losses. His response is so very typical of those who can't dispute what is written so they look for ways to attack the writer himself.
I am used to seeing these kinds of responses from those who simply want to wear rose colored glasses.
