Hrivik Called Up

Forward Marek Hrivik has been recalled to the Rangers to cover fo rMichael Grabner, who will miss Tuesday night's game against the Islanders in Brooklyn. Grabner's grandmother passed away, and the Austrian forward will rejoin the team in Winnipeg for Thursday's game.
Hrivik skated on a line with Brandon Pirri and Matt Puempel with head coach Alain Vigneault expecting to scratch either Josh Jooris or Oscar Lindberg for the game Tuesday. With eight goals and nine assists, the Slovakian currently leads the Wolf Pack in scoring after 20 games. He had one assist in five games as a rookie last season.
