Say what you want, Boo has been good
He was 3 for 11 on draws which blows. That's about the only thing he was supposed to do well. Face it, the guy does nothing well. Basically, he's Jed Ortmeyer in an age where those type of players are useless.
Going forward, Fontaine will be the 4th line center of this team. He had a bad night on draws for him going 3 out of 9. However, he's done nothing to show he can't be the 4th line center already. However, I don't suspect Graves and Fontaine will make the team until AV is fired at the end of this season which I expect and Ruff replaces him. AV likes midgets who don't stick up for each other and never hit anybody.

Yeah, he was pretty bad at faceoffs, but he was pretty good everywhere else imo... I'm not saying he makes the team, but he's definitely one of the better players that won't.
Andersson played well, too. The only real mistake I saw him make was a result of not knowing his line mates and the system quite well enough.... or visa versa.... silly pass attempt, but no harm no fowl.
The players are noticeably frustrated with the faceoff rules, and how they're being enforced.... guys look like they're not even trying because they'd rather lose the draw then take a penalty.
Zucc wouldn't stop talking to the linesmen and refs.

Ruff has always valued toughness in players. I think next year Ruff will be the coach. You will see Graves, Zborovskiy, DeAngelo who has an edge and Lafontaine on the team. Four players who play with an edge and like to hit. With AV here. We will continue to see soft, pansy like players because they can skate fast.
