Wednesday could be a different story, but he shouldn't have played this weekend CORRECTION: he shouldn't have played in the Olympics so he'd be ready for the weekend play resumes.

No one had control over Gaborik going to the Olympics and playing or not... You and Tortorella and anyone else don't have to like that it happened, but it did. Facts are the guy (tho he played better last night than his first game back) was utterly useless. Torts shouldn't have given him the nod

![]() | The Olympics question has been debated for decades....I always felt it should have been left as it was -- amateur rather than paid professionals.

He lost his position and couldn't get back on it. In a 1-2 OT loss...the last thing you should be calling out is the goalie I wasn't saying that it is his fault that we lost the game. I was only referring to the goal. Hank tends to rest on the ice for too long every time he falls down. The real problem with the Rangers is that they stopped scoring again. Like I said before, it has something to do with the return of Gaborik.

![]() | In that particular situation, WTC, I would have stayed down as well....especially if I'm looking at three of my teammates within 2 feet of me.....the only problem I saw was that he didn't have time to cover the post. All in all, though, the main fault lies in the Rangers lack of action....someone should have been on him after his first attempt and someone should have been skating toward him on the next attempts...
