Andy, muzzle the hatred for Avery a bit. If Tortso had half a brain, he would have put both Avery and Gaborik in a position to suceed, not fail.

But he's the winningest American coach. Kinda like MDZ is only 22. After awhile, it gets tiresome. So does the anti-Avery bit. Face it, Sean Avery provided a needed spark for this team when they were headed for early tee-times. He also was responsible for some of the most entertaining post-season series ever: vs. Brodeur and vs. Kovalchuk in the Atlanta sweep. But Tortso wouldn't put his ego aside and give Avery a chance. Now, Tortso is doing the same to Kreider.

It was all tongue in cheek DUDE!!! lighten up!.... I was only responding with Avery, because of his tweet a few weeks back... and Cally came out publicly against it...

I loved Avery, own a Avery Jersey... Got an autographed puck from him on Casino night 5 years ago... But personally I'm pissed that he chose Fashion modeling and being a dick over staying that hockey player we loved... He thought he could challenge authority in the NHL and with Torts and lost... His Dennis Rodman of Hockey plan didn't work.... so screw him now!!!

Don't see the comparison with Kreider and Avery....
