And another trick I learned from someone....Reasonable thickness steak....Turn BBQ on to its highest heat.....Then when ready, put your seasoned steak on the grill for 1 minute, then flip it ...for 1 minute, then flip it again.. 2 minutes...Then flip it one more time for 2 minutes then done...comes out perfect

I like how Kempfer went after the Cap who knocked Henrik over; he's obviously new to the team.

Caps clearly have no respect physically for the Rangers.

Winnik was available this time last year. #FireAV

The "real" Holden has shown up this month, and it ain't pretty.

I just became a Puempel fan; at least he has the balls to take a run at Wilson and stand up for his team on home ice. None of the other pussies would do it.

Caps will never win a Cup with Holtby in goal; bet it. Most overrated goalie in a long damn time.

After some big hits by the Caps in the 1st period, the Rangers played scared. Nobody wanted the puck except Nash and Vesey, numerous turnovers from the 2nd period on. Embarrassing.

Only a matter of time before little Jesper got rocked. But he tries hard, which is nice. Any chance the Caps would trade Wilson straight up for him? Wilson is just a 4th liner and Jesper is so valuable to the team according to AV.

I hope the Rangers draw the Caps in the playoffs. The debacle might get AV finally fired.

Yes....you definitely need a good sear at high heat. You gotta let it rest for at least a few minutes after you take it off the heat.
