Ottawa. Would hate to go up against Carey Price in a 7 game series.

I'm not one who believes in "choosing" the lesser opponent or for that matter, choosing the stronger one. So either one is fine with me. Last year we were debating the same thing, if we had lost a little more and gotten the "Atlantic" bracket, we would have faced either TB or FLA. Both those are winnable but either way you have to go through the eventual champs anyway so what difference does it really make? An extra playoff series, so that Gorton can believe we're a contender and start the cycle all over again on July 1?

We match up slightly better against Ottawa but I say that primarily because of Price. Our speed game should/could dominate either team, Price is the X factor. Our defense and goaltending will have problems with both teams.

Fight fire with Fire!...I think Ottawa would be a repeat of 2012...a war in the mud...along with that 8 game series vs the Caps....we had nothing left after that
