Thought he'd be gone to be honest, so perhaps now the thought is that Hayes is the one going...

I feel he was never given any real chance by dopey, who made his mind up quick and more often than not wrongly about players and Namestnikov was another buried down the depth charts. He has a ton of skill and I’m looking forward to him getting another chance with a different coach. And then he like some others need to perform. I view taking another look through different eyes as a very positive move by the team. There are a lot of returning players that fall into the blame the coach category, but it’s now a clean slate and put up time.

Now we will see if he is for real. I could probably score a few with those 2 players he played with this season.

No offence but no probably not. It takes a skilled guy to play with talented guys like he was in Tampa. There are a lot of nhl’ers that couldn’t do what Namestnikov did in Tampa. Part of my curiosity in wanting to see more is he played two years for Dale Hunter in London in the OHA. You have to be a player to play for him. Pretty sure there is a lot more to him than witnessed under the resident moron.

I agree with you .Everyone who played for dope and has failed needs another chance though it’s too late for some already.
Patton to the rescue as history says but not for all,for many it was simply too late.
