THE MACHUP

The Rangers play their 21st game of the 2018-19 season and continue a three-game homestand tonight, Nov. 19, against the Dallas Stars at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m. ET - TV: MSG Network, Radio: ESPN 98.7 FM). The Rangers enter the contest with a five-game winning streak at home (dating back to Oct. 23 vs. Florida). The Blueshirts have outscored opponents, 19-9, over the five-game winning streak at MSG. KING HENRIK

Henrik Lundqvist earned his 438th career NHL win on Nov. 17 vs. Florida, passing Jacques Plante for sole possession of seventh place on the league's all-time wins list. He has been selected as one of the game's Three Stars in eight of his 16 appearances this season, and he has posted a SV% of .900 or better in 13 of 16 appearances in 2018-19.

KREID-ING HIGH

Chris Kreider enters the contest with a four-game point streak (four goals, three assists), and he has registered five points (three goals, two assists) over the last two games. During the Rangers' 7-1-1 stretch since Oct. 30, Kreider has recorded 11 points (seven goals, four assists) in the nine games and is tied for fourth in the NHL in goals over the span. He leads the Rangers in goals (11) and points (18) this season.

CHYTIL-MANIA

Filip Chytil has registered a goal in each of the last three games. According to NHL Public Relations, he is the first teenager who has posted a three-game goal streak for the Rangers in franchise history. Among NHL players who are either in their age 18 or age 19 season in 2018-19, Chytil is tied for first in games played (20) and is tied for fourth in goals (three).

REAL DEAL NEAL

Since he was recalled by the Rangers last season (Feb. 9, 2018), Neal Pionk ranks 23rd among NHL defensemen (min. 40 games played) in points per game (0.59). Pionk enters the contest with a three-game assist/point streak (four assists), and all four assists over the span have been power play assists. He is tied for second among NHL defensemen in power play assists (nine) and power play points (10), ranks fourth among NHL defensemen in primary assists (eight), and is tied for 12th among NHL defensemen in points (13) this season.

HEY HEY HAYES

Kevin Hayes has tallied a point in five of the last six games (one goal, seven assists), and he has also registered a point in seven of the last nine games (two goals, eight assists).

REMEMBERING 1993-94

Adam Graves and Esa Tikkanen each registered two goals, and Alexei Kovalev tallied two points (one goal, one assist) to help the Rangers defeat the Lightning, 5-3, on November 19, 1993 in Tampa. With the win, the Rangers extended their point streak to 12 games.

RANGERS VS. STARS - 1993-94

The Rangers posted a 1-1-0 record against the Stars during the franchise's first season in Dallas in 1993-94. Brian Leetch led the Rangers with two goals and three points in the two contests, while Mark Messier and Sergei Zubov each recorded two assists. The Blueshirts played their first all-time game in Dallas on Feb. 26, 1994, and Leetch recorded the team's only goal in the contest.
