Devils next game and they're only 4 points behind

Hopefully McQuaid isn't seriously hurt

I hope Brooks destroys Gorton or Quinn for that in the Paper tomorrow

I hope they keep McQuaid. Trade Staal, Smith and Pionk. I think Pionk in a deal with perhaps Fast could bring back a 2nd and a can't miss, , NHL ready role player type prospect with size. Something this team needs 3-4 more of. I would zero in on Roope Hintz on Dallas. Great size and is only scratching the surface of his potential. Fast, Pionk, Vesey. All guys that would be a huge help to their team.

Makes you wonder what they were watching when he was that bad in St. Louis also. And then sign him. Ridiculous signing.

Was at the game last night. The cliche is sometimes true, the first home game after a road trip and the team is flat. Minny crowded the neutral zone and the middle of the ice on defense and the Rangers had no desire to shoot and crash it seemed. Way too many passes that had no chance. The 4th line was consistently the better line, with the Zib line showing some flashes.

Shattenkirk sucks so bad on TV, but in person his level of suck is off the charts. Like weapons-grade suck. The sad thing is, he was this bad in Washington so I don't know what Gorton was thinking when he signed him. The Rangers are stuck with this turd for the near future and that's just pathetic.

Tony D is fast becoming a Garden favorite. His play is electric at times and his edge gets the fans riled up.

McQuaid looked like he got dinged on an early check he threw along the boards. Might have been a knee that got buckled backwards a bit. Hope it's not serious because his presence is obvious when you're at the game. He's nasty looking back there and he can back it up.

You can make the case Gorton should be fired for Shattenkirk and Smith
