Going to be interesting to see what Quinn does with the lines.

Panarin Strome Fast

likely remains

After that, I could see Quinn putting Buchnevich in the dog house/ promoting Kakko..... based on the game each player had today.

Either way, Howden or Chytil will be called upon to fill Kreider's LW slot next to Mika

Chytil Zibanejad Kakko
would be interesting.

Digusseppi Howden Buchnevich
Lemieux McKegg Gauthier

We'll see

Don't break what ain't broke. Zib and Chytil lines have been a big part of the streak. Chytil's line and the fourth line played really well for three or four games up until last night. Buchnevich in the doghouse for what? He was very good before the crash. Find a guy Lemieux, Gautier, or Howden off the fourth line to fill Kreiders spot. Or Di Giuseppe or Kakko, with one of the afore mentioned taking their place. Plug McKegg back in on the fourth and play. If the Kreider replacement can't get it done on the PP double shift P)anarin. No need to turn every line upside down at all.

Perhaps our coach will have enough brain power to realize they didn't acquire a guy with 26 goals in 40 something AHL games to put on the 4th fn line, not on the PP and give 7 minutes of icetime a night. Fast has NO business being on the top 2 lines. He's a role player with very limited offensive skills.

Who’s going to distract the goalie now?

Obviously this just sucks.

But in case we were feeling sorry for ourselves, Tampa just lost Stamkos for 6 to 8 weeks. He's undergoing surgery to repair a core muscle injury. Tampa has legit hopes for a Cup this season and they just lost their captain #1 center, and a guy who has 29 goals, 37 assists this season. Stone is out indefinitely for Vegas as well.

Kreider will be back for the first round of the playoffs.

Kreider returned to the ice today to do some light skating drills...incredible when you think he fractured his foot just 9 days ago
