For that late hit on Danskoi. That kid sure has a rough time against the Rangers, though in this case the hit seemed unnecessary, whereas the one that Lindgren nailed him with in New York was just a hard one.

Lemieux is not bright which is why he's had a rough time with the refs. They aren't going to give him a hard time if he wasn't being a moron.

True, you are not Crosby, Messier, Wayne, (all known to chirp to refs), M. Jordan all the time, etc... you can't talk back to refs, challenge refs, give a hard time to refs, you are a just another player of 700 or so, a no body really, they won't stand for it, they don't care what you have to say after a call. If you are Crosby, Messier, Wayne, etc... you can do that & have some clout with the refs. He has a bad rap with refs because he earned it.

I like the kid. He busts his ass every shift and has some jam in his game - something the Rangers have in short supply. Hopefully he’ll learn to zip it and go sit, or there could be some extended time in street clothes in his future (assuming games resume ??).

Looks like he’s suspended when games resume. Length of time TBD:

Looking at the hit it was not a big deal. I thought he caught his shoulder for the most part. Either way, he needs to up his maturity level a lot last year like TDA did.
