Brooks brings up a very good thought its time Gary's favourite teams in the tax free states lose that advantage. You would have convinced me as they came into the league, the tax free advantage would help them build a fan base as they established themselves. Its time to put all teams on equal financial footing.
Also the salary cap going up by 4.5 mill which is great for the Rangers and all teams. Another increase like that the next couple years and that only looks after Shestorokin’s increase coming. His salary is going to double at least. Rangers have to sign him before he gets to UFA status.
