True - but the Rangers managed to like disorganized all last season as CK scores

I know he had some success here, but I really hated Gallant's approach....felt like he just showed up and collected the check

Sabres were last in the league last year, so that might also have something to do with it

Good first period to start the season.  Rangers look engaged, not giving up on the play, showing some structure.  Shesterkin looks sharp, had a couple of pretty good saves, not many mistakes

PP skinner is a knucklehead

Lafreniere had a pretty good PP shift there...maybe it's just a confidence thing, guess we'll see
