There were 3 penalties on that play in the zone... 2 intfs and a hold... but they called an imaginary penalty on gus

If they need me to bleed, then I'll bleed for my team

Panarin not his usual self just like Lafreniere, both kind of waiting for Trochek to do the work .

Watching Kreider’s lob for the top corner brings up the trivia question. When’s the last time Kreider scored from more than 5 feet from the net?

Lindgren gets absolutely nailed by McCabe - taken right off his feet - clean hit - this is why lindgren is on the clock

Over/Under on Lindgren playing past 32.

Seems igor always gives massive rebounds off the saves he makes… almost every time he gives 2nd and 3rd chances to the opposing team.

No way he makes it past 32 - and if he does survive - it wont be on the Rangers

That was a terrible effort. I see a lot of negativity about Shestorokin mainly on other Ranger sites. A couple seeing eye flukes from the blue line, The rest the Leafs were in prime time shooting position or in the crease with tap ins. He’s off his game and the Ranger players are up to the same old, that in years past Shestorokin saved their ass. And the team needs to get over the hump and play the way the coach wants them to, and I’m sure that's not the way they have played the last 10 days. Get that under control and Igor will soon be Igor.

Not sure how anyone can fault Igor. Toronto is an offensive juggernaut. The key to beating them is to try to contain them to 3 goals, just like the Islanders did to beat them on Monday. Forget about the seeing eye shots from deep. The ones from up close were due to leaving a man open. Stick checking instead of playing the man. The defense (with a little help from the refs) lost this game.

Not pleased with the effort from Gustafsson on the empty net goal. I know the game was out of reach, but he gave up on his man.
