Drury had better get some defensemen that actually hit people, and that right soon. Every game I watch not involving the Rangers has defensemen that hit guys in their defensive zone. Opposing forwards must circle the games against the Rangers on their calendars.
When was the last time ANY Ranger not named Rempe hit someone? This team, as currently constructed, is a fucking joke. Utah has won 2 of their last 11 games. Unfuckingbelievable

I spent too much time today watching videos of Uecker. Lite Beer commercials, Johnny Carson clips, Major League clips. Everyone who’s ever met him praises him. RIP.

The MSG suits want a nifty skill team, not a bruising team like the last 5 or 6 Cup winners. Having a team like the ‘91-92 President’s Trophy team, that was tough as hell, would offend Upper East Side folks, I guess.
