Have to wonder whether the offense tightened up too much after the string of failures defensively...and then they lost their confidence offensively. Only one game, but the relief that Panarin seemed to show when he scored to put the Rangers ahead perhaps reflective of how the team as a whole was feeling.
The only player who has really been trending positive offensively recently has been Fox, with much of the rest of the team struggling.
Aside from the error on the second goal, thought Miller looked more assertive for the most part, and Trouba too seemed to try and take some of the pressure off.
One game only, and against a bad team, after a bad start, but let's see if they can build off it
