That was a good effort, all four lines had some good shifts, D was good, Mancini for a guy with 5 games now, was again solid. He keeps this up and he ain’t going anywhere. Rangers got a couple guys for 8th dman in Hartford if they decide to trade Jones. And go with Mancini as 6, and Rudy as 7.

Toronto are one of the best offensive teams in the league, and had a 3 game win streak.  Solid win to beat them in their own building...though it's one of those weird things over the last few years where the Rangers seem to do better in Toronto than at MSG against this team.

Shesterkin VERY sharp again, that's 3 strong starts out of 4...and points in all 4.

Thought the Rangers weathered the initial storm and the late storm to beat out the Leafs.  They also went down 10-2 in faceoffs (against a team that has tormented them in the faceoff circle), and came back to win fall just short at 24-27...so solid rebound there.

Best opponent they've faced so far, and they kept it going.  A trap game against Montreal next, and then a revenge game against Florida coming up.
