Panarin is out of the lineup for roster management reasons. A trade must be coming down.
One can assume Panarin has lifted his NMC undoubtably only for a team or teams he approves. Hopefully a few teams are in the process.

Why isn't he gone yet? Why do I get the feeling they're going to wait till the last minute to finalize and then announce the deal (if there is one....in all honesty, I would not be surprised if Pan changes his mind and doesn't waive).
