Chmelar sent down. Has there ever been another NHL team that needed a kid in his rookie season in the AHL, to score or produce assists, more than the Rangers need something out of Perreault. Watching Miller and Zibanejad act like spoilt peewee players slamming doors and pouting on the bench because they can’t score, is a terrible example of leadership. Save that crap for the dressing room. Not like the Islanders didn’t lap that up. Anyways Perreault is walking into a mess.
