Going forward the coach has to go deep into his bench imperative they get good minutes or the top six will run out of gas .

Bottom six were a liability in regulation for the most part, but they showed up in OT

Something is wrong with zibs hand or hands - he has effed up passes over and over and is not shooting

Playing with bad ribs from the Burns x-check. Has not been the same since.

They have to stop being too cute, looking for the bang bang play. That worked against the Capitals, but it won't work against the Cats. Need shots with bodies in front, the way the Cats scored theirs. 

 

 

Agreed Kreider is going to have to get in the goalies eyes instead of off to the side. I was encouraged with better setups, and puck movement on the PP as the game went along. I They are finding out they need quick precise puck movements, and like you say get shots to the net with forwards screening and crashing.

No pressure but.
