Brodzinski gets more shots than the rest of the team....FFS how many times can you hit the tendie in the logo? (answer: everytime)

Othmann and Cuylle both played great. If this wasn't the NYR they would both be heading towards making the team. This creates a problem. Cuylle more than Othmann has the physicality you need but Othmann is strong on the puck for his weight (~190). Laf except for a few moments was hardly noticeable, but was noticeable when he tried to split 2 guys on the blue line failing to get it to the open wings on the PP giving up the puck ... No wonder he gets no pp time. I guess they will send both Othmann and Cuylle to Hford until they find a place to trade Laf for a 2nd round pick. The excuses for Laf need to stop. Brodzinski outplayed him last night.

I don't expect them to immediately make the move, but I do wonder whether the play of Belzile, Cuylle and Othmann will make Goodrow's place in the line-up more untenable, and perhaps Vesey too...though both of them also kill penalties.  Think we're stuck with Bonino no matter how he does, because the center options are far more limited.

Pitlick looked decent in the Isles game, but he hasn't managed to stick in rosters for very long, so he's another guy that could potentially be under threat.

I think those guys get pushed out first, and then if those guys I mentioned have impact when they're in, then I think maybe there's more pressure on Lafreniere (if he continues to struggle).

Lafreniere was horrible... again. This time playing with Zib and Kreider, who both looked pretty rusty.

Yeah, not a great game by Lafreniere.
