When Trocheck was signed, I thought it was an okay deal...but based on how he's fit in and looking at some of these risky contracts today, it looks like one of the best deals ever

7 years @7.1M for Brandon Montour who had one good offensive year (2021-22), but is otherwise a 35ish point guy

7 years @5.75M for Jake DeBrusk...career high of 50 points
6 years @5.5M for soon to be 30 year old Brett Pesce
6 years @4.5M for a soon to be 35 year old Chris Tanev AND with full NMC AND 80% bonuses, so can't really buy it out either
Those are probably the riskiest deals for my mind...there's a few others that could end up on the list like Zadorov, Teruvainen, Marchessault, Stamkos, Roy...Guentzel
