When do the firings begin?

Need to get a GM and Coaching staff in place to develop a strategy for trades, draft and free agency.

Why wait?

Tear it down and start like you are an expansion team. I blame both the coaches and the GM for being dysfunctional. Everyone must go. Especially Phil Housley and whoever was responsible for the lame ass power play.

Trade Panarin, Fox, Kreider K. Miller... I think everyone on D SUCKS. Fox is the problem... @ $9.5M per he should have been the leader on D and all he did was be a pussy that couldn't physically perform on D.

Keep JT, Trocheck, Cuylle maybe Zib (if an offer comes in and he accepts a trade probably take it)

Build from the goalie out with an emphasis on defense and toughness. All pussies must go. Time to take massive action.

Do it now!!!!

If they need me to bleed, then I'll bleed for my team

I'd be really surprised if Dolan fires Drury, though he should.  I expect it'll take a day or two after the final game for the Rangers to fire the coaches

Trades I think (if they happen) are likely either to be around the time of the draft, or in the Summer

Bring back Sather. 🤣 Seriously yes clean house. But get a winner for a GM, not a guy with training wheels.

Sather joined the Rangers in 2000 and stepped down from GM role in 2015, he remained on as a special advisor through to not soon after Drury was named.

The Rangers made it to the Finals once, in 2014, which is the closest they came in his 23 odd years with the organization.  Hardly call that a winning record.

The one thing he did apparently do, was act as a buffer of sorts between Dolan and the leadership of the Rangers...and what we may be seeing manifest in Drury, is what happens when you get two guys who lack people management skills running the org, and is unlikely to change while either of them remain in their respective positions.

I hope you realize “”bring back Sather”” was a joke.
