Rangers To Announce Captains
The Rangers have announced that they will release the names of the next captain and alternates tomorrow, through press release. No word on when the announcement might be made. Ryan Callahan is thought to be a leading contender, as is free agent signing Brad Richards. Marc Staal wore an A last season, and would seemingly be a good chance to retain his letter.
The announcement came following tonight’s 6-2 win by the prospects in Traverse City, a little earlier than anticipated.
