1. Boston — best personal/geographic fit
2. Carolina — best chance to win the Cup
3. Buffalo — very good roster fit
4. Detroit — easiest cap/roster fit

Isles probably have the best fit, he has a home in NY still. Philadelphia would be manageable too...
