Kakko is a physically talented specimen, has the total physical package. But it is becoming obvious he likes the perimeter, and not so much the greasy area’s, that being said he’s very good along the wall dangling, but it’s ending there. He’s not coming off the wall with the puck and driving to the net looking to shoot or setup a teammate .His game just ends along the wall. But even that wall presence is falling off. I’ve probably been as passionate a wishful thinker on this board for that kid to make it as anyone, but reality is reality and this guy is knocking on the out door, because Drury has to move him before he removes all doubt about his potential, will be zero sooner than later.

PP looks better because they shoot more. That's the new coaching staff finally getting them to stop passing for the perfect chance. It stalls whenever they revert to the old habits. By the midpoint of the season those habits will hopefully have been eliminated.
