They all cleared, only Martin on today's waivers
Cholowski, Parssinen, Vaakanainen and Dowling have been reassigned to Hartford
So too is Bryce McConnell-Barker

Raddysh and Garand on waivers today
Garrand situation is a tough one. Igor is the #1. If the NYR think he has that potential, being a backup to Igor does not work. I would guess they tried to trade him, but the teams that might be interested also know the NYR goalie situation. It will be interesting to see if somebody grabs Garrand. At least they kept Morrow and Robertson. Morrow is insurance for when Fox/Durzi get hurt/worn out. Robertson proved to be a real NHL bottom pair guy last year. If Smits reverts to being a normal 18 year old, Robertson can step right in.

If Garrand gets claimed, this move becomes a big mistake.
The mistake was trading for Korpo......but that told me they don't have as much faith in Garand as we do.
The Garand, proof in the pudding is he gets claimed, then he should not have been waived. If he doesn't get claimed that is also proof in the pudding. Rangers obviously don't think he is ready, but he showed us all something in his callup late last saeason. If he clears waivers great. But then he has to go to Hartford and be the impact goalie for them. Do that, then go from there.
Devils are pretty weak in goal and the Flyers are always looking for goaltenders it seems. Watch 1 of these 2 claim Garrand. I think this was just another stupid move by Drury.
