The Rangers second PP unit always looks so disconnected, not surprising given who they send out, and how much time they get, but still not pretty

Rangers look a step behind right now, not doing anything fast, particularly in their own zone

Part of it is all the special teams play...6 penalties so far, a third of the game has been played on the PP/PK, and another 1:30 at 4 v 4
