Did not skate today, and apparently has an upper body injury, looks like Brandon Scanlin might be in line for a debut tomorrow.

You may recall he took that elbow from Reinhart in the win over the Panthers

Is Robertson that bad he can't make it as the 9th damn?

Well there's a couple of things that I've heard too that may lend some context:

1. Scanlin was considered the "best D this season" by the Hartford coaching staff

2. The Rangers don't have the cap space to call up anyone else, though could put Trouba on LTIR retroactively, with Thursday being his return date

3. There's a limited number of call-ups (excepting emergencies) I believe it's 3, and they may have originally called Scanlin up as Right D to provide coverage for Trouba with Ruhwedel being an unknown.

But I do think it all points to Robertson further falling out of the picture...which is certainly disappointing if true

Took part in skating this morning, in a non-contact jersey

Gustafsson a full participant in practice today, so looks like he's a good shot to be back in the line-up tomorrow night
