I've found preseason to be a very poor predictor of regular season play, I'm waiting to see how he looks in the regular season. Certainly you'd hope he'd look great in preseason, but we've also seen guys like Kakko excel in preseason and then just not convert in the regular, or Lafreniere two years ago looking completely lost in preseason and then putting together a strong regular season.

He was the only defenseman last year who had a positive rating...I'd argue they need everyone else back there to step up and maybe in doing so, Fox also sees his results rise. That said, the defense is a pretty big question mark going into the season outside of Fox and Gavrikov
Schneider still looks very rusty, and the trio of Borgen, Soucy and Vaakanainen will need to step up somehow
This game is a bit of a yawn fest
Rangers team defense last year was horrifying...too many giveaways too many odd rushes against too lead and many quality chances ... too many shots you name it too many of them...Fox needs to man up and defend....
