Kane signs with Detroit - 1 year, $2.75 includes a No Trade

Kakko going to LTIR, not expected to be season ending, but will miss significant time...so guess it's not a torn ACL. Chytil also placed on retroacti...

Shesterkin very upset....slams his stick against the glass on exit

Yep, and he just made it 3-1

Well Rangers get a PP now...so let's see if they can get one back

Hell of a save by Lukkonen on Vesey there

I thought it might be Florida

I'm gonna guess that's an ACL or MCL

Kakko down on the ice holding his knee...I would think that's probably not a good sign for him

It's team-wide...started in the first 30 second when Trouba and Zibanejad missed connection, and has continued into the second period...

Another too many men penalty on the Rangers...seems like it's been a problem this year

4th line has been really good of late..Vesey is actually on pace for 18 goals...which would be a career high

Passing continues to be sloppy to start the second...

Arguably the worst first period in the better part of a month there..down only 1 thanks to Shesterkin
