There was no coverage and details were few and far between, but the Rangers prospects completed a 2-0 sweep over the rival Flyers. Coming off a 4-2 win last night, the prospects saw a number of changes to the line-up, including in net. Olof Lindbom played the first period and stopped all 9 shots he faced for the win, while Talyn Boyko made 19 stops on 20 shots to close the game out.
The Rangers offense was lead by Bobby Trivigno, who scored the game winner and insurance goals, to give the Rangers the win. Invitee Luke McNamara had the other, seeing the puck deflect in off of a wrap-around attempt early in the first to give the Rangers the lead.
While the Rangers didn’t cover the game, the Flyers did write up a summary of sorts here.
