A further update clarifies that 2016 3rd round pick Sean Day is indeed on the training camp roster, despite not being listed in the practice squads.  Day had off-season surgery, but will skate with the team tomorrow as he come back.

With the correction, Matt Beleskey remains the only contracted player not invited to camp, and the official roster size for camp stands at 56, with the team needing to trim at least 33 players prior to the season in order to be compliant.

Also skating tomorrow will be defenseman Yegor Rykov, who sprained his ankle in Traverse City, but will likely be available for the first preseason game should the Rangers elect to give him a chance.
