Dubinsky has very quietly become one fine power forward. From his game of keepaway deep in the other teams end, to his manhandling any Penguins in front of Lundqvist and the Ranger net today, he’s a player on the rise. With a shot at 25 goals and 55 to 60 points this season he’s poised to become a 70 to 80 point player as he hits his prime years.
The fact he hits, checks, bodychecks and ya even chucks lefts and rights makes him a popular player at the Garden. He’s going to make some more money as he faces this summers RFA status, and he deserves it. I hope its a simple negotiation, he gets signed, and its onwards and upwards next season.
