Since they jettisoned Bonino and Pitlick, and began to use Edstrom, Rempe and now Wennberg, it does feel like the Rangers bottom six is a lot more solid.  The 4th line is even contributing some offense after a long period without much (aside from Jimmy).

On top of that, the blooding of Edstrom and Rempe has given the Rangers more serviceable depth...along with Brodzinski.  Wouldn't mind seeing them try Berard at some point too, the kid has been a standout down in Hartford and might be worth a quick look at the end of the season in case of need in the playoffs.

Berard has been more impactful in Hartford than Othmann this season but he is really small.

AHL small.

I'd like to see that also. Berard is no smaller than more than suceesful little guys that have preceded him. Its all about the size of the compete level. And its kind of nice as it sits Brodzinski, Rempe and Edstrom 12-13-14 forwards.

And there is another kid (19 yo) named Dylan Roobroeck playing in the OHL who is lighting it up. He's 6'7" and 204 lbs doing better than a pt/game and is on a tear right now. A 6th rounder that might be able to graduate to Hartford next season.

If they need me to bleed, then I'll bleed for my team

Yeah when I got to see Roobroeck, I was surprised that he had better stick handling/shot than I expected.  Definitely a guy worth keeping an eye on, and still a bit under the radar

The Rangers bottom six has been looking really solid lately. Edstrom, Rempe, and Wennberg have been stepping up and contributing, which is awesome to see.
