About a couple of weeks ago, we took a shot at projecting lines they’d look at in camp, and it looks at least for now like they’ll be the starting point for camp. With camp under way today, the first set of lines got a run in scrimmage, with the team looking the same as we projected.
With an excess of left wings, it looks as if they’ll try Alexis Lafreniere on the right side to start with, and it appears as if Kaapo Kakko will get a chance to once again build some chemistry with Artemi Panarin and Ryan Strome.
