All six players placed on waivers for purposes of reassignment to Hartford have cleared, and will now join the Wolf Pack ahead of their training camp. The six included Anthony Bitetto, Keith Kinkaid, Tim Gettinger and Jonny Brodzinski, who all saw limited action last year to cover for injuries.
Also sent down, were Ty Ronning and Anthony Greco, who are both yet to play a game for the Rangers, though Greco has one NHL game to his credit with the Florida Panthers.
With the reassignments, the Rangers are down to 34 players, with about a week to go until the deadline to get to at most a 23 man roster.
