Certainly keeps one guessing about the quality of the job he is doing. Just when you think he has totally lost it, he pulls Antropov, Morris, and most of all Tortorella out of his bag of tricks.
Prior to the pull, this team was on life support. But from all present indications, it appears the buck stops with Renney. Him being unable to put together and maintain a system of play suitable for this roster.
If Sather does a little summer magic, unloads a contract or two, (Redden and Drury) brings in a young stud up front, like a Jordan Staal, then he will officialy regain genious status.
Why do i think he is going to pull it off?
